House hunting can be a rollercoaster ride, but I have a couple ground rules, that can help keep the ride pretty smooth, and ensure a fun experience.
🏠 If you want to see new construction, I can help! Let me know, and I will make appointments at the building sites for us to visit together. Don’t visit the sales center without me, as I can ensure you’ll receive the best price with a few incentives! Otherwise you’ll get stuck being represented by nobody (the person at the sales centre works for the builder, not you).
🏠 If you see a FOR SALE SIGN while driving around, don’t call the name on the sign. Call me! The Listing Agent represents the Seller, and it will get confusing, and we don’t want that!
🏠 Have me accompany you to all Open Houses. If you happen to see one while driving around, let the Realtor® there know you have a Realtor® and I can have a conversation with them after your tour.
🏠 When previewing homes, and the listing agent or homeowner is there, don’t share too much information about your buying situation – it could hurt your negotiating power, once you decide to place an offer.
